As part of PT Mediatama Indo Teknologi's maintenance squad in a multi-vendor environment, I progressed from Frontend Developer to Full Stack Developer and Lead Frontend Developer — driving backend performance optimization while leading frontend quality: formal code reviews, mentoring juniors, JSDoc documentation standards, and Web Performance API measurement.
